Hummingbird Island Cuisine is brought to you by Jamaica born natives, Ricky and Shena Downs.
After more than 20 years of working in the food industry and dreaming of the day when he would be running his own restaurant, Ricky, with the support of his wife, began the path toward creating his Caribbean food truck.
Ricky has poured his passion into Hummingbird Island Cuisine, building it out himself with state of the art equipment and ensuring it meets his high food industry standards. Shena, his amazing wife, is the master chef and adds Caribbean spice, flavor and soul to every dish!
